* All rentals are free overnight for residential setups and if we have the availability.
* A surface fee will apply to outdoor events requiring sandbags instead of stakes for anchoring. This includes setups on hard surfaces such as, but not limited to, pavement, concrete, gravel, or situations where stakes cannot be used in grassy areas.
